Our aim was to give our customers a different kind of experience when buying spectacles than they were probably used to if they bought them from there local high street optician.

We are very aware that customer service is at the forefront of peoples minds when making a costly purchase such as spectacles. So when putting together our team of professionals nothing was left to chance. Between the four members of staff we have, that you could see you on any given day, we have over 100 years experience in dispensing and making spectacles.

We never hard sell you anything. The advice we give is based on fact the results of your sight test and your personal requirements nothing else. When choosing a frame we won’t be telling you that something suits you just to gain a sale. We want you to come back and buy off us again so this tactic we find to be unproductive. We will give you good honest advice on frame colours and shapes that best suit your skin tone and the shape of your face.

What type of lenses do we supply? All our lenses are first quality lenses made from the best materials available. From simple single vision and bifocal lenses to the very latest freeform varifocals either branded or unbranded.

What you can expect when you place a order with us? All of the above. An accurate costing for the work we are undertaking. We will never give you a price at the point of sale and then change it. All our frames come with a 12 month guarantee against normal wear and tear.

What do we require from you? A valid prescription. It must not be over 2 years old.

When placing an order with us we will require a deposit usually 50% of the total cost of the work we are undertaking.

Lead times differ greatly but here are the some helpful guidelines stock s/v 2-3 working days bespoke s/v 5-7 working days bifocals 4-6 working days varifocals 3-10 working days depending on spec index and coatings etc.
